Work at Home Outside

Ah…after a long winter (yes…it was that bad since I’m still talking about it months later) where the color grey dominated everything, the warmth of summer and gorgeous blue skies entice me to spend time outdoors.

On nice days, I like to pack up my laptop and work at home outside.

The change of scenery, healthy doses of fresh air and sunshine, do my soul good. 

Here are two of my favorite spots to work outside:

 

These locations are ideal because they are within reach of a power source. Also, if rain threatens to fall, I can pickup my stuff and head indoors quickly. If the rain is light, I usually stay outside on the veranda, sheltered by the roof overhead.

The patio is also a great place to work and watch the kids play.

If I Had A Million Dollars - Cool Home Office

Dad and I are in the process of finishing the basement. In said basement, will be the ultimate his/her work at home office! Oh…I can’t wait! We are at the hanging drywall stage, and when there is more progress I’ll post pics.

In the meantime, check out this awesome tree fort office! What a gorgeous view!
