For me, life is too short to be worrying about the politics and game playing. Most companies don't need cutesy analogies or themes to get the job done, and I think employees would respect upper management more if they cut it out. For me, life is too short to be worrying about the politics and game playing. Most companies don’t need cutesy analogies or themes to get the job done, and I think employees would respect upper management more if they cut it out.
