An Entry A Month

My work life has settled down a bit after the big move. We put an offer on another rehabber only 15 minutes from our home! It’s in an area we’ve been watching and learning about. We are doing a mortgage on this one and expect to have it repaired and back on the market in 3-4 months. I pray that our offer is accepted.
